Issue: When using the mailimport, the Docserver creates sign requests instead of importing the documents. Why?
Solution: Most likely, the URL of your Docserver and the URL used in the QR code do not match. Please go to Settings / System / Hostname and check that you configured the correct hostname there.
Please also check that the hostname used in the QR code is fine. Neither the protocol nor the server port for https :443 must be specified explicitly. The URL specified in the Docserver must only contain the pure domain as in the following example:
